Project:
My research will investigate hybrids from different eras and their growth, development and nutrient uptake patterns.
Background:
I am from Fort Atkinson, a small town in Northeast Iowa. I have always been interested in crop production and so the Agronomy Department at ISU was a perfect fit. Eventually I would like to work with farmers at a regional level somewhere in Iowa.
Education:
B.S. in Agronomy with a secondary major in Seed Science and a minor in AST (Agricultural Systems Technology). Iowa State University. 2006.
Work Experience:
Internships with Helena Chemical Company and Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc.
