Alternative Technology Modeling for Feedlot Runoff Control Seminar

Iowa State University is offering a three-day seminar to train individuals to use computer models that simulate traditional and alternative feedlot runoff control systems. This training is designed for professional engineers who develop these systems for producers.

The hands-on computer training will be held March 21-23 at the Memorial Union on Iowa State University campus. The course fee is $550 and includes an electronic version of the model, model documentation and user manual, example case studies, morning coffee and afternoon snacks.

The registration deadline is March 7. Course enrollment is limited to the first 15 registrants.
